Here in the Northwest, we're experiencing all the signs of spring. Birds are nesting in my roof, the grass will soon be tall enough to mow, it's almost too warm for long underwear, and the daffodils have begun to bloom in full force.
It's also been one year since we first entered lock down here in Eugene, and this last year has clarified some things that are very important for my wellbeing.
One of those things is establishing and deepening my relationships in a meaningful way with people in my in-person and online communities in a way that doesn't require that I sit at a computer!
For the next six months, I'll be hosting a 1-hour Q & A each month, on a variety of topics, via FreeConferenceCall. This means I'll be walking around while on my phone, and you can too!
The first three topics are:
March 26th, 12-1pm PDT: Fear of rejection
April 19th, 12-1pm PDT: How do I work with my anger?
May 28th, 12-1pm: Should I welcome ALL of my emotions?
Each month we'll ask our curiosity and focused awareness to guide our inquiry into these themes. This conference call is an informal, low-risk way to learn more about your emotions.
These calls will be recorded and posted on my site as resources for others.
Disclaimer: These calls are not for personal coaching or emotional processing. I will not be giving advice or personal practice recommendations.
Do you have a topic you’d like to discuss? Email me and if it’s appropriate, I’ll put it on the list.
I hope your curiosity compels you to join me!
